At the Parkway Service Department, we like to make things as easy as possible for our customers. With that, Parkway now offers our customers exciting new options that will help make the servicing of their vehicles easier and clearer than ever! Continue reading to learn more about the exciting new features our websites have to make your service experience with Parkway even more enjoyable.

   

ONLINE SERVICE RESERVATIONS
Service Advisers busy? No time to call? Online Service Reservations is the solution for you. This feature allows you to either look up your existing vehicle if it has been serviced with us before or register a new one into our system and set a Pre-Appointment with our Service Coordinator without picking up the phone. Here's how it works:

  • Log on to the OSR Portal to verify you and your vehicle's information.
  • Request the services and additional services you may need along with your desired date and time.
  • Submit your service request to our Service Coordinator.
  • We will review your Pre-Appointment and fine tune any time, date and service discrepancies and recommend changes.
  • We will work with you to finalize your appointment and you're done!

SERVICE REPAIR STATUS
Need to know how far along your extended service is going? Service Repair Status allows you to log in with your Active Repair Order Number or your Assigned Tag Number to view in real-time all the services your vehicles requires and exactly how far along your service is in the process. Here's how it works:

  • When you arrive at Parkway's Service Department your service adviser will provide you with an Active Repair Order Number (R.O. Number) as well as a Tag Number for your cars mirror and keys.
  • Use the R.O. or Tag Number to log into the Service Repair Status Portal.
  • You are now able to view your entire Active Repair Order including details such as the kind of vehicle being serviced, a list of services that are to be performed by the technician and an overall status of whether or not the service is complete.
  • You are free to review everything that is listed and if you have any questions or concerns you can provide your email address or email our service coordinator directly and we will contact you to address those concerns. It's that simple!

PARKWAY OWNERS CIRCLE
Curious about your vehicles service history at Parkway? If your vehicle has been through our Service Department you are now able to register to view your entire vehicles service history within the Parkway Owners Circle. Every oil change. Every recommended service. Everything your vehicle has had done at Parkway with a repair order number is available for you to view in one convenient location. Here's how it works:

  • Register or log into the Parkway Owners Circle Portal.
  • View all of your vehicles that are linked to your name and even add a new vehicle that you may want to have serviced that has never been at our service department.
  • View the past service history details on all your vehicles that are separated by Repair Order Number and give you the date, service adviser and list of services performed on your vehicle pertaining to each individual R.O. Number.
  • You may also set up a new appointment within Parkway Owners Circle by clicking the link to Online Service Reservations. It's that convenient!
